Libby Hodges

A local girl, I left Nuneaton to study medicine in Cardiff, completing my GP training in the South Wales Valleys.
I moved back to Warwickshire in 2000 and have been happily living my career in reverse ever since.
Having spent eight and a half years as a GP Principal, I left to pursue other interests, taking a position as a salaried GP and eventually becoming a locum.
Throughout all this time, I've maintained an enthusiasm for learning, teaching, coaching and mentoring.
I now have a portfolio career, combining GP locuming, Appraising, Training and Transformative Coaching.
I used to teach as part of the ST1 team before becoming the Associate Dean. I have a special interest in supporting trainees in difficulty - whatever the reason.
