Job search and interview support
- Start applications early; many practices recruit months ahead and shortlisting is often based on structured scoring matrices.
- Tailor your CV to the role (salaried, partnership, portfolio) and review it analytically before interviews.
- Prepare for scenario‑based questions, governance discussions and short presentations; interview formats vary from small informal panels to larger formal ones.
